Founding member Jason P. Beaulieu is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, the University of Maryland at College Park, and DeMatha Catholic High School. He has represented numerous Maryland Boards of Education, local colleges, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals in litigation at federal and state court trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Jason focuses his practice on matters involving school liability, labor and employment, premises liability, contract disputes, personal injury, motor torts, professional liability, construction, and hospitality and entertainment claims.
Jason is a former speaker for the Maryland Defense Counsel’s (MDC) trial advocacy course and is a member of MDC’s judicial selections committee. He also has been a contributing writer for THE DAILY RECORD. Prior to becoming senior litigation counsel for a national insurance company specializing in the hospitality and entertainment industry, Jason was a partner at a prominent Baltimore law firm which specializes in insurance and medical malpractice defense.
Prior to law school and clerking for the Honorable Nelson W. Rupp, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Jason taught Spanish and English at DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, MD. For 10 consecutive years (2013-2022) he has been voted by his peers as a Maryland Super Lawyer®, an honor bestowed on only 5% of practicing attorneys.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, music, golf, and travel.
