Sean D. Harding is an Associate Attorney with TBH&E. He is a lifelong Marylander and grew up in Prince George’s County. In 2013, he graduated from Salisbury University with a B.A. in History and received a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2016, graduating with honors
During law school, Sean was an editor on the Journal of Business & Technology Law and a member of the National Trial Team, where he received the opportunity to travel across the country competing in mock trial tournaments.
After graduation, Sean spent a year with the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security, providing legal and policy analysis to clients including the Maryland Department of Health and the D.C. Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency.
Sean clerked for the Honorable Melanie Shaw Geter of the Court of Special Appeals during the 2017-2018 term, where he assisted in drafting appellate opinions on a variety of legal issues including criminal procedure, family law, and Worker’s Compensation.
Sean’s areas of concentration include insurance defense, commercial & business litigation, and traffic offenses.
